Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kuidara is operated by Biera Solutions SL and helps pet parents keep their animals' health information organised. Throughout these terms “we” means Biera Solutions SL and “you” means the person holding the account.

2. The service

Kuidara lets you create profiles for your pets, keep notes and details about them, and, as the product grows, receive reminders and guidance. It is a record-keeping and organisation tool.

Kuidara is not veterinary advice. Nothing in the product replaces a consultation with a qualified vet. If your pet is unwell, contact a vet.

Kuidara is not an official animal identification registry and does not file anything with public authorities on your behalf.

3. Your account

• You need an account to use Kuidara. You sign in with Google or with an email address and password.
• One email address is one account. Signing in with either method reaches the same account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Sign out on shared devices.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to hold an account.

4. Your content

The information you enter about your pets belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it so that the service can work, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Please only enter information you are entitled to share. Do not enter another person's personal data without their agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Kuidara to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or place unreasonable load on it;
• copy, resell or offer the service to others as your own.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kuidara available and your data safe, but we provide the service as it is, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and a way to obtain your data.

7. Ending the relationship

You can stop using Kuidara at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and the data in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of information kept in Kuidara. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish a new version here, identified by its version number, and we record which version each account accepted. For a change that affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts there have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protections that apply where you live.
